SafeSpend takes your balance, sets aside bills due before payday, your savings target and your safety buffer (if you use one), then spreads what’s left over the days until you’re paid. That’s your safe-to-spend number for today.

Each expense you log comes off what’s left, and the number is spread again. Spend less today and the days ahead get a little more.

Amber means what’s left to spend is under 10% of your balance. Red means your bills and savings would take you below zero before payday, so you’re short. SafeSpend shows how much you’re short, not a negative number.

SafeSpend shows you how the period went, with a short wrap of what you kept and a card you can share. Then tap Refill to start the new period with your new balance.

Go to Profile → Balance and enter what your bank shows. Do this whenever the two drift apart. Spending you log is taken off automatically.

On your iPhone, open Settings → your name → Subscriptions → SafeSpend, or go to Profile → Manage Subscription in the app. Cancel at least 24 hours before the period or free trial ends to avoid the next charge. Refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Sign in with the same Apple ID you bought with, then go to Profile → Restore Purchases.

Profile → Export as CSV creates a spreadsheet of your expenses and bills that you can save or share.

Profile → Erase All Data removes your balance, spending and bills from your iPhone (you can back up to CSV first). Deleting the app removes everything too. Pro stays linked to your Apple ID.
